Home Visit
Home Visit Covers the trip, the diagnosis, and the first hour of work. If we reach the hour and there's more to do, I stop and check with you before the clock keeps running. Also covers pickup and return if your device comes to the workshop.$65
Additional On-Site Time Only if a job runs past the first hour, and only after you've said to keep going. Billed in 15-minute increments.$55/hr
Workshop Repairs
Workshop Labor In addition to the $65 home visit above. Billed in 15-minute increments. No extra fee for the return delivery.$40/hr
For workshop jobs, you'll get a time estimate up front. If something turns out to be more complicated than expected, I'll reach out before any additional time is billed, never after. Parts, if needed, are quoted and approved separately.

After your first visit in person, I can set up secure remote access on your device. From then on, many software problems can be solved in a quick call. No waiting, no visit needed.
