Fixed on the spot

Setup work, training, smart home installs, streaming & TV help, and most troubleshooting are handled right there in your home. You're back up and running before I'm done.

On-site
For bigger repairs

Back to the workshop

Repairs that need more than an hour, like data recovery, OS reinstalls, deep cleanups, and hardware work, come back to the workshop. Your device gets focused, uninterrupted attention and comes back ready to go, often at a lower price. Pickup and return delivery are both included at no extra charge.

Why the workshop option? Some repairs are slow by nature. They need to run, sit, run again. Doing that on-site can stretch into a long visit and a bigger bill. Handling it at the workshop is faster and less disruptive to your day, and the hourly rate for workshop time is lower than on-site labor. You decide which option fits.
